1. Introduction
The terms and conditions (the "Terms") of the Keystone Management Limited ("we", "us" or "our") web site constitute the basis on which you are allowed to use this web site (the "Site"), the Discussion Forum ("Blog") and the information contained within them (the "Content").
The Terms are to protect you as a user of the Site ("User") and to prevent the Site from being used for any offensive or illegal purposes.
Access to this Site is offered to you conditionally subject to your agreement to these Terms. Continued use of the Site signifies your acceptance of them.
Individuals acting on behalf of an organisation, agree that they are an authorised representative of their organization and have the authority to bind their organization to these Terms.

2. Our Services
The services provided through the Site are governed by these Terms. We may, from time to time, make the following services available:
2.1 Market Reports - Market Reports concerning the property market and other related subjects may be made available for purchase or for free from the Site.
2.2 Discussion Forum - The Site contains Blog, where Users can make contributions to the Site and communicate with other Users of the Site.
3. General use of the Site and the Blog
Users must not post any Content on the Site or Blog or use the Site or Blog in any way that:
3.1 breaches any confidentiality agreements or laws under legislation in the User's relevant jurisdiction;
3.2 infringes any other person or other entity's intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, design rights or database rights);
3.3. is in breach of any applicable law, whether criminal or otherwise; or
3.4 is considered offensive, obscene, insulting, false, defamatory, unreliable, misleading or otherwise inappropriate.
In addition, Users must not use the Site or Blog to:
3.5 mistreatment, stalk, intimidate others;
3.6 advertise any goods or services, conduct or forward surveys, contests or chain letters;
3.7 upload viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may harm the functioning of our or any other computer;
3.8 upload content which contains active links to another web site without permission;
3.9 download or reproduce any Content posted by us or another User that you know or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner;
3.10 copy or otherwise incorporate into or store in any other web site, electronic retrieval system, publication or other work any of the Content in any form (whether hard copy, electronic or other format);
3.11 frame or link to the Site or any part of it or the Blog without permission.
Unless otherwise indicated on the Site Users may,
3.12 reproduce part or all of the Content in any form for personal or non-commercial use in accordance with Clause 3.1-3.4 above,
3.13 download to a local hard disk and print extracts from the Site solely for personal, non-commercial use and you may also recopy downloaded extracts to others for their personal, non-commercial use in accordance with Clause 3.1-3.5 above.
We shall be entitled at any time to:
3.14 delete, remove or suspend the whole or any part of the Site, including any Content that Users provide, without notice and without incurring any liability;
3.15 block or withhold Users' access to the Site if We have grounds to suspect any breach by you of these Terms without notice to and without incurring any liability.
4. Use of the Blog
4.1 Messages posted to the Blog are not monitored and we accept no responsibility or liability for any such messages. We reserve the right to remove or edit any messages posted to the Blog as soon as we become aware that the content of a message is inappropriate.
4.2 We are not responsible for and shall have no liability in relation to any expressions of opinion, data, information or any other material whatsoever which is submitted on this Site by any User of the Forum.
4.3 We shall not be liable for any application of or reliance on any information contained on this Site which has been submitted by a third party via the Forum.
5. Data Protection
5.1 Users may provide us with personal information about themselves and others during registration for membership and subsequent use any of the services offered by the Site.
5.2 The use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy which forms part of these Terms.
6. Privacy Policy
6.1 Keystone Management respects and values the security and privacy of our Users. We follow strict security procedures to prevent unauthorised access to User's personal data.
6.2 We Store Users' personal information in the administration database because of work currently engaged in, or because Users may be interested in receiving correspondence from us. We use this data only to manage our relationships effectively so that Users do not receive unwanted correspondence.
6.3 Users may amend their personal information and choose to opt out of receiving correspondence. We do not sell, rent or deal in the personal information we hold. Information may, in the ordinary course of business, move between Keystone Management, its associated companies and to our contractors.
6.4 By Users submitting their information to the Site they consent to the use of that information as set out in this Policy. Changes to our Privacy Policy will be posted on this page, and possibly on other pages of the Site, as applicable. We will also correspond with you should we make any changes so that you may consent to our use of your information in that way.

10.5 This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
